To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return.    
 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be ineligible for return. Ensuring all tags, labels, and packaging remain intact helps us process your return quickly.  

How to Initiate a Return  

To start a return, email us at questostoretechnologypvtltd@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos for faster approval.    
 

After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines, ensuring fairness and clarity for all customers.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.    
 

In cases where an item only partially meets return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. This approach ensures fair treatment while maintaining our quality standards.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
